The data MIRRO backs up
This policy covers the website. The MIRRO software itself installs on your company’s equipment: backed-up files are encrypted on your machines, then stored on your own server. They pass through no SIIO infrastructure, and SIIO accesses them only at your request, for a restore or a diagnostic.
Why we use it
This information is used only to answer your request, schedule a demo and communicate with you about MIRRO. We never sell or trade it.
Retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to process your request and for reasonable business follow-up, then delete or anonymize it.
Your rights
Under Law 25, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. Contact us to exercise these rights.
